BAMsites does its
very best to keep costs realistic for the small business. After all, we are one
ourselves. In most proposals we mention the following line items:

Website
Design: Includes development of look and
fee based on an existing website of the clients liking or from a template
selection showing layout and colors. The client is entitled to three (3) drafts
within the original proposal. Extra drafts are charged for at a rate of
$150/draft.
Graphic
Design: Graphic design is an add-on item
typically used for custom work and logo creation. Our designer will allow for
three different initial renditions based on colors and design, as directed by
the client. Additional renditions are charged for at a rate of $150 per
subsequent draft.
Website
Development: Includes the actual
construction of the site with the market driven functionality built in to
accomplish objectives. This also includes procurement of graphics and content to
populate the pages with relevant information. This is the responsibility of the
client to provide this material.
After the site is live....
Monthly Website Maintenance:
This
includes basic SEO monitoring and adjustments, web hosting, domain maintenance,
website traffic reports, website content update, graphic maintenance, telephone
and email communication.
Training:
We will
provide on-site training, where available. We will also provide real time
trans-telephonic or live chat training and support where and when indicated.
This is included in the web package. We will train up to two people in your
organization how to operate the website and make changes yourself, in house.
