(BNA)
Q:
You want an effective, money-making website?
A: Base your site
construction on these principals and
you will succeed.
In
2004, over 500,000 new people
will begin surfing the internet every month in
the U.S. alone. People are checking out your business online.
How do you rate? The average surfer spends about
one second scanning a single web page. You don’t have
a lot of time for that first impression, that's assuming
you are found in the first place!

The
Seven Deadly Web Sins.
By 2007, IDC expects Internet
users will access, download and share the information equivalent of
the entire Library of Congress more than 64,000 times over, every
day. By 2007, IDC
estimates that consumers will account for 60 percent of all Internet
traffic generated, versus roughly 40 percent for business users.

out best with sound blueprints, a lot of planning, and a good
contractor. The best plans prepare for future expansion and

viewed as a major undertaking and a key business strategy -
even for the smallest business!

inter-relationships and future expansion.

set.

It is here custom functionality is determined to provide
the
maximum Return On Investment.
And last but not least...

WHAT IS AN Web-BA?
The
Business Needs Analysis is a proven tool used to
discover the optimal website functionality
and search engine strategy for a business. It is comprised of 25
- 45 questions, depending on the size of the business. BAMsites
will administer this questionnaire with the business owner or
marketing manager. The BNA takes approximately 1 1/2 to
2 hours.
Following the BNA, the consultant will gather other pertinent
information, such as marketing materials, and depart to examine
the information. A follow-up visit can be scheduled for
about one week after the BNA to review a specially prepared
Internet Business Proposal.
This proposal will specifically review the key findings from the
Web-BA and detail critical functionality the website should
contain.
Site plans and page by page descriptions will be discussed
with the rationale behind all the content. The proposal is
industry specific and focused solely on the customer's unique
situation. The key components are prioritized, based on
the most critical needs of the business. For example, search
engine optimization can be commenced on an existing site while a new
one is being built.
YOUR DECISION
You decide which aspects of the proposal fits with your
expectations, needs and budget. Certain key components can be
implemented initially with other functionality and modules added
along the way. You are under no obligation and it will
cost you nothing (but a few hours time) for involvement in
this exciting process. Many internet consultants charge for this
service since it is so critical. You will receive a proposal
tantamount to an internet marketing plan for your business.
